Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and growth
- Act as primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing technical and business needs
- Monitor product usage metrics and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to resolve client issues
- Conduct regular business reviews and present actionable insights to leadership
- Champion client feedback to influence product roadmap improvements
- Drive adoption of new features through personalized training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client relations
- Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred
