Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic account planning
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze client feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and enhance satisfaction metrics
- Implement and optimize customer onboarding processes to maximize adoption and retention rates

Qualifications
