Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized customer success plans for 50+ enterprise clients
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and cross-sell additional services
- Analyze usage data to drive product adoption and reduce churn rates
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests
- Create detailed health scores and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for key accounts
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for new enterprise clients
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in customer success or account management roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention targets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environment
- Texas residency required for state compliance
