Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of client relationships, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring high retention rates.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and answering inquiries with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular check-ins and health checks to identify upsell opportunities and address client pain points proactively.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to provide feedback that drives product improvements.
- Document client interactions and account metrics in our CRM system accurately and in real-time.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings to accommodate different time zones.
