What You'll Do:
As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will bridge the gap between our innovative technology and our clients. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, resolving complex issues, and identifying growth opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients via video call and email, ensuring a smooth transition into using our platform.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any emerging concerns proactively.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues to the engineering team when necessary.
- Analyze client usage data to provide actionable insights and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and expand account value.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prepare monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of self-discipline.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
