Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting retention and upsell targets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport virtually
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
