Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth
- Develop deep product knowledge to resolve technical inquiries
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address client needs
- Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities
- Create and maintain client success documentation
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new clients
- Track and report key metrics like NPS and churn rate
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models
