Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the Atlanta, GA business landscape is a plus.
