Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via virtual channels (email, chat, phone) for fintech clients
- Proactively onboard new clients and ensure seamless adoption of our payment platform
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement
- Maintain detailed client documentation and CRM records with precision
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to resolve technical escalations
- Analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B support
- Proven track record in remote work environments with strong time management skills
- Expertise in fintech, SaaS platforms, or payment processing systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and collaboration tools
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certification
- Must reside in Los Angeles County, CA
