Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to onboard new clients and optimize their experience.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth within your account portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to address client feedback and improve service offerings.
- Document all client interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of self-discipline.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
