Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote customer support via email, chat, and phone during weekend hours.
- Resolve technical inquiries and account issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Onboard new clients remotely to ensure they understand our platform features.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful resolution of weekend support tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using CRM software and remote collaboration tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a 100% remote setting.
