Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications
