- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Conduct product training sessions for enterprise clients
- Monitor support trends and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Valid Arizona work authorization and residency in Tucson area
