- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical and billing issues
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining focus on customer needs
- Meet performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Available to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
