Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Meet weekly KPIs including first-contact resolution and average handle time
- Participate in bi-weekly team syncs and quarterly skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional written communication with meticulous attention to detail
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
