Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Utilize provided equipment (laptop, headset, software) for seamless remote operations
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining high resolution rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and first-contact resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/digital environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home office
