- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within SLA targets
- Troubleshoot technical issues using remote diagnostic tools Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM system
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer support or technical support role
