Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our B2B clients effectively and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account statuses in our CRM.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical support team while keeping the customer informed of progress.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
- Contribute to team meetings and help develop knowledge base articles to improve service efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is highly desirable.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on empathy.
- Ability to work independently while remaining accountable for daily KPIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States.
