- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and helpdesk tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
