- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues that require immediate attention.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively without constant supervision.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction during high-volume weekend periods and adhere to SLAs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a strong plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
