Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience in remote/tech environment
- Proficient in CRM systems (Zendesk/Salesforce) required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
