- Participate in weekly performance improvement sessions
- Meet weekly productivity targets of 35 resolved cases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zendesk
- Exceptional typing speed (45+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
