- Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics including response times and resolution rates

Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
