Responsibilities
- Delocate customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism and empathy
- Resolve payment processing issues and account discrepancies within 24 hours
- Onboard new users through guided digital onboarding sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium financial services
- Meet daily performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in financial services or fintech
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance targets
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
