Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction
- Process daily transactions using our proprietary payment platform
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with remote team during peak hours via Slack

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- 1+ years customer service or remote support experience
- Reliable internet connection (min 10 Mbps) and quiet workspace

- Available for 4-hour shifts between 6 AM - 8 PM PST
