- Provide exceptional remote customer support via phone, chat, and email for Dallas-based clients
- Resolve payment discrepancies and issues within 4-hour response SLA
- Generate daily performance reports using Salesforce and internal analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and security protocols
- Train new team members on daily pay processes and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations or customer service
- Proficiency with digital payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, or similar)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
