Responsibilities
- Process same-payroll transactions with 100% accuracy across our digital platform
- Resolve client inquiries via chat, email, and phone within 15-minute SLA
- Monitor transaction compliance with federal/state regulations (FCRA, EFTA)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize user experience
- Generate daily performance reports using SQL and Tableau
- Train new users on mobile app features and security protocols
- Identify process improvements to reduce transaction failures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in fintech, payroll, or financial services
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fintech certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and Excel proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse demographics
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
- Knowledge of California and Ohio labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
