Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions with 99.9% accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional remote customer support via chat, email, and video calls
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours using proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Monitor transaction security protocols and report suspicious activities
- Train clients on mobile payment platforms and self-service tools
- Generate daily performance reports using Salesforce and Excel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in payroll, fintech, or customer service
