Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure accurate data collection and processing
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track key performance metrics
- Document data methodologies, processes, and findings for knowledge sharing
- Present analytical insights to leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in deadline-driven environments
