Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, subqueries) and experience with relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-discipline and time management.
