Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
