Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) complex datasets from various sources to support business reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to identify data requirements and drive data-driven product improvements.
- Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to guide strategic planning.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
