Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data models.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors in the monthly reporting cycle.
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and implement corrective measures to ensure data accuracy.
- Create detailed documentation for data pipelines, queries, and methodologies to support knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying and Database Management) and Excel/Sheets.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
