Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business questions into data analysis.
- Develop automated reporting scripts and SQL queries to reduce manual workload and increase data accuracy.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support long-term strategic planning.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
