Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources (SQL, CSV, APIs) to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable data models.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and data dictionaries to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VBA.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
