Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality, actionable data for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection processes and propose automation solutions to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences verbally and in writing.
