Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to automate data collection processes.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and risk management.
- Communicate findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
