Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data mining, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast future trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Document data pipelines and analytical processes to ensure reproducibility and data governance compliance.
- Present analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
