Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and reporting systems.
- Document data processes and create training materials for non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Expertise in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives.
