Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to identify data needs and answer critical business questions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Present findings and data-driven insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying and Joins) and Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter capable of managing time effectively while working remotely.
