Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
