Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights
- Mentor junior analysts and document best practices
- Present findings to C-level executives with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing data-driven projects with measurable impact
- Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods
