Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Retrieve, scrub, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to manipulate data and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data processes and contribute to the optimization of business workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data and generating reports.
