Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced analytical models using SQL, Python, and R to uncover market trends and customer insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis to drive product optimization
- Develop predictive forecasting models for sales and operational metrics with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
- Experience in retail/ecommerce analytics preferred
