Job Description
We are seeking a talented Remote Data Analyst based in Louisville, KY, to join our high-performance analytics team. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our data-driven decision-making processes.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business insights, ensuring our stakeholders have the tools they need to succeed in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and forecast future performance.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake experience preferred).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (Advanced Excel).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and communication skills.
