Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems using SQL and Python to extract insights from large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting

- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track business objectives
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable reports
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with healthcare industry focus preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
