Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through comprehensive analysis and reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business trends, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems and databases.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to support evidence-based decision-making processes.
- Document data processes and create clear, concise documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Forecast future trends based on historical data to aid in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data from relational databases.
- Strong command of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
