Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics, track goals, and measure the success of campaigns.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Expert level knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Proven experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting data stories to executive leadership.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.
