Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data accessibility
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Monitor data quality and implement validation protocols to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of dashboards and reports
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience working in fully remote environments with demonstrated self-discipline
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
