Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and validate analytical models
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with healthcare/finance data analysis is highly desirable
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
